Der Mann ist klar und argumentiert logisch. Ob die weisungspflichtigen Gerichte das anerkennen, ist leider fraglich. Die bisherige Erfahrung deutet eher auf ein Nein, macht aber zugleich den maroden Zustand der Justiz mehr als sichtbar, vielmehr schreit er den Menschen den Rechts-Notstand verzweifelt ins Gesicht. Demokratie? Die hat es, wie es deutliche wird, nie gegeben. Alle staatlichen Funktionen müssen neu überprüft und neu errichtet werden. Die jetzigen Politiker sind Pharisäer.
Naja, was die Europäischen Gerichte betrifft, da kann ich seinen Optimismus nicht teilen – also Schau’n mer mal !!!
